Yes. Trial shipments and sample orders are supported for first-time buyers. No bulk minimum to begin the relationship.
How do I verify quality before committing?
A physical sample is dispatched before any bulk commitment. Certificate of Analysis is included. You approve before we proceed.
Will all documentation be handled?
Yes. COO, Phytosanitary Certificate, Bill of Lading, Packing List, and COA are prepared for every order. Nothing is left to you to chase.
What if my specifications change?
All specification changes are acknowledged in writing before production. Nothing moves forward without your written confirmation.

SRMS Ventures exports premium quality spices and agro products including turmeric, black pepper, green cardamom, cumin (jeera), and coriander seeds — sourced from established growing regions across India including Erode, Salem, Kerala, and Rajasthan.
MOQ varies by product. Turmeric starts from 500kg for powder and 1 MT for whole finger. Black pepper and cardamom start from 100kg. Custom packaging and private labeling is available for larger volumes.
SRMS Ventures supplies to buyers in the USA, Europe (UK, Germany, Netherlands), Japan, and Southeast Asia, with planned West Asia expansion underway. Export documentation and compliance is handled end-to-end.
We handle all export documentation including Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, Bill of Lading, Packing List, and Certificate of Analysis. Our process is aligned with DGFT, FSSAI, and APEDA requirements.
SRMS Ventures holds active APEDA and Spices Board registrations. We provide or arrange: FSSAI certification, Phytosanitary Certificate (by NPPO), Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Analysis (lab-tested), and APEDA-backed export documentation. Additional certifications such as organic, Halal, or Kosher are available on request depending on the product and volume.
Yes. SRMS Ventures offers private label manufacturing for bulk spices and agro products. This includes custom branding, label design alignment, packaging formats (pouches, jars, bulk bags), and export-ready compliance. Minimum quantities apply and are negotiated based on SKU and destination market.
Every shipment goes through batch-level QC: moisture testing, grade sorting, lab analysis for contaminants, and physical inspection for color and aroma. We issue a Certificate of Analysis (COA) with every order. Samples are available before bulk confirmation.
We work with standard trade finance terms including T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), LC (Letter of Credit), and advance payment with milestone-based release. Payment terms are agreed during order confirmation and are always documented in writing before production begins.
Standard lead time from order confirmation to dispatch is 10–18 days depending on the product, volume, and packaging requirements. Turmeric and cumin typically dispatch in 10–12 days. Cardamom may take 14–18 days. All timelines are confirmed in the proforma invoice.
