These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and engagement with SRMS Ventures Private Limited (“SRMS Ventures”) for export trade services.

Service Scope

SRMS Ventures provides export sourcing, procurement coordination, and trade execution services for international buyers. All trade engagements are governed by the terms agreed in the Proforma Invoice and any signed agreements between parties.

Orders & Commitments

No order is considered confirmed until a Proforma Invoice is issued and acknowledged in writing by the buyer. Production does not commence until written confirmation and advance payment (as agreed) are received.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, and design — is the property of SRMS Ventures Private Limited. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

SRMS Ventures is not liable for delays or losses caused by force majeure events, shipping line disruptions, or regulatory changes beyond our control. Liability in all cases is limited to the value of the confirmed order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
