Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

This policy outlines how SRMS Ventures Private Limited handles order fulfilment, shipment, and delivery for export orders.
Lead Times
Standard lead time from order confirmation to shipment dispatch is 10–18 business days, depending on product, volume, and packaging requirements. Exact lead times are confirmed in the Proforma Invoice at the time of order placement.
Incoterms
We support FOB (Free On Board) and CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) Incoterms as standard. Other terms (CFR, EXW) may be negotiated for specific shipments. The agreed Incoterm is stated on the Proforma Invoice.
Ports of Shipment
Goods are primarily shipped via Chennai Port (INNSA) and Tuticorin / V.O.C. Port (INTUT), Tamil Nadu, India. Port selection is confirmed based on cargo type, volume, and shipping line availability.
Export Documentation
All required export documents are prepared and handed over prior to or at the time of shipment. Standard documentation includes: Bill of Lading, Packing List, Certificate of Origin (COO), Phytosanitary Certificate (where applicable), and Certificate of Analysis (COA).
Tracking & Dispatch Notification
Upon dispatch, buyers receive shipment details including the Bill of Lading reference, vessel name, estimated arrival date, and full document set.
