Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the refund and cancellation terms applicable to export orders placed with SRMS Ventures Private Limited.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before production commences, subject to a written cancellation request sent to exports@srmsventures.com. Once production has commenced, cancellations are not accepted and advance payments are non-refundable.

Sample Orders

Sample orders are non-refundable once dispatched. If a sample does not meet the agreed specification, a replacement sample or credit note may be issued at our discretion, subject to documented quality evidence provided by the buyer.

Quality Disputes

All quality claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery, supported by laboratory reports or photographic evidence. Claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Accepted quality claims may result in partial credit, replacement, or agreed resolution — not automatic cash refund.

Force Majeure

SRMS Ventures is not liable for delays or non-fulfilment caused by events outside our reasonable control, including port congestion, regulatory restrictions, or natural disasters. In such cases, orders may be rescheduled by mutual agreement.
