Why AARUGAN Exists

Global Trade Fails Without Structured Execution

The Problem

Fake buyers and IBAN-based payment fraud are common in B2B international trade

AARUGAN's Answer

AARUGAN ATLAS performs structured buyer verification — cross-referencing business registries, payment patterns, and fraud signals before any deal is confirmed.

The Problem

Export documentation errors cause shipment rejections, delays, and financial loss

AARUGAN's Answer

The Control Plane maps compliance requirements per destination and generates documentation in the correct sequence — COO, Phyto, BL, COA — with no manual gaps.

The Problem

Demand forecasting for export commodities is manual and unreliable

AARUGAN's Answer

AI BOS aggregates live trade database signals, pricing indices, and seasonal patterns to produce structured demand forecasts for export planning.

Product Modules

Three Layers. One Operating System.

AI BOS, ATLAS, and Control Plane are independently capable modules that share a unified data layer — enabling modular adoption or full-suite deployment.

Core Layer

In Development

AARUGAN AI BOS

AI Business Operating System

The intelligence layer of the AARUGAN ecosystem. Aggregates demand signals, buyer risk profiles, compliance data, and execution state into a unified operating model for global trade.

  • Demand signal aggregation from trade databases and pricing indices
  • Buyer risk scoring using business registry and payment pattern data
  • Automated compliance requirement mapping per destination market
  • Real-time execution state monitoring across active orders

Execution Layer

Live (Internal)

AARUGAN ATLAS

Trade Execution Engine

The execution layer. ATLAS orchestrates every step of the export process — from sourcing and supplier coordination through compliance documentation and shipment handover — ensuring no step is manual, missed, or untracked.

  • Structured sourcing workflows with supplier qualification scoring
  • Export documentation generation: COO, Phyto, BL, COA, packing list
  • Incoterm-aligned shipment coordination with milestone tracking
  • Fraud signal detection before order confirmation

Operations Layer

In Development

AARUGAN Control Plane

Operational Command Centre

The operational backbone. Control Plane provides visibility, governance, and audit trail across all trade operations — enabling structured decision-making, compliance traceability, and performance review at order, shipment, and portfolio level.

  • Full-lifecycle order visibility from inquiry to delivery
  • Compliance audit trail per shipment and per destination
  • Supplier and buyer performance history
  • Integration layer for external trade databases and logistics APIs

How It Works

From Buyer Signal to Shipment — Fully Orchestrated

01

Buyer Signal

Inquiry received and buyer identity verified against business registries and fraud signals

02

Demand Validation

AI BOS validates demand signals — quantity, seasonality, pricing alignment, and buyer history

03

Supplier Match

ATLAS matches order to qualified suppliers with compliance readiness scores

04

Compliance Execution

Documentation generated per destination: COO, Phyto, BL, COA — in sequence

05

Shipment Handover

Control Plane tracks execution through to delivery with full audit trail

Architecture

Cloud-Native. Built to Scale.

AARUGAN is built on AWS — using serverless compute, managed data services, and an API-first design that allows modular deployment and third-party integration across trade databases, logistics providers, and compliance registries.

Cloud-Native on AWS

Built on AWS infrastructure — serverless compute, managed data services, and auto-scaling execution layer for global deployment.

Modular Architecture

AI BOS, ATLAS, and Control Plane operate as independent modules with a shared data layer — deployable separately or as an integrated suite.

API-First Design

Every module exposes structured APIs for integration with trade databases, logistics providers, compliance registries, and ERP systems.

Compliance-by-Default

Trade compliance requirements are embedded into workflows — not bolted on — ensuring documentation accuracy at the point of execution.

AWS Infrastructure

Serverless Compute
Managed RDS
S3 Document Store
API Gateway
Lambda Execution
CloudWatch Monitoring
IAM Role Isolation
Multi-Region Ready

Architecture designed for AWS Startup Program validation and global deployment readiness.

Who It's For

Built for B2B Trade Operators

Exporters

Indian exporters dealing with documentation complexity, buyer verification, and compliance across multiple destination markets.

SME Trade Operators

Small and mid-size businesses operating cross-border B2B trade who need execution structure without enterprise overhead.

B2B Trade Intermediaries

Trading houses, sourcing agents, and import-export brokers managing multiple buyer and supplier relationships simultaneously.

Origin

Not Built in a Lab — Built from Real Trade

AARUGAN was not a product idea. It was a necessity. SRMS Ventures encountered a fake UAE buyer running a structured IBAN-based payment scam — a fraud pattern common in B2B international trade that most exporters have no system to detect.

We built AARUGAN ATLAS first as an internal execution system to protect our own operations. Every module in the AARUGAN ecosystem has been tested on real export orders, real buyers, and real compliance requirements.

That operational origin is the product's competitive moat — it is built to solve problems that software engineers alone would not know to build for.
